A workshop where you will:

1. Learn what the pelvic floor is and how it is connected to your core (and entire body).
2. Discover how breathing and posture play a huge role in your pelvic floor.
3. Learn how to activate your core and pelvic floor muscles correctly and also how to relax them.
4. Learn what symptoms are common but not normal with regards to your pelvic floor.
5. Discover how holistic pelvic floor therapy can help with things like incontinence, pain with sex, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, bladder urgency, c-section scar tightness, diastasis recti and much more.
6. Walk away with specific exercises and tips and tricks to help lead you on the road to a healthier pelvic floor.

What to bring:
1. Something to take notes (please note: a hard surface will not be available to write on).
2. A mat

While this is a free event, RSVP required as space is limited.
